Improving!

It's almost been a year me being a member of Wall Street English. Without even noticing, I do really feel some improvement in my speaking skills. Before signing up for Wall Street English, I tried to test myself to take the IELTS prediction test and got an overall score of 4.5, and it is embarrassing to get a score like that. Even a 5-year-old could speak better than me. As time goes by, after social club to social club, I decided to take the IELTS prediction test again. Just so you know, I've been super busy nowadays. So many classes that I need to take, and guess what, I taught a class again! but it was worth it. The class was fun, I can see the teacher's perspective when teaching. And yet, as a teenager, it's pretty nerve-wracking to teach a legit class. Back to the point where I took the IELTS test again. I finally get an overall score of 6! This is a huge gap of a score haha, it's not so perfect but it's worth it. What's even better is that the speaking test was way better than what I've been expecting. My fluency and coherence score was 7, and also the pronunciation score was also  7! I guess one of the most impacted or effective factors for me to get a better score on my speaking test is from the fully English environment. The English environment is really a game-changer. What's even better that here the members won't judge you for grammar mistakes like any Indonesians would do haha. Here in Wall Street, I didn't just learn English, I learn how to be good at public speaking, I learn from other adult members, as my first time signing up for an English course, it is definitely worth it.
